The Person the phone, Alex Blake offerd me techinical Service for the life of my computer for the amout of $200.00. He told me I can call anytime I had problems with my computer.
I did call in August of 2016 and he fixed my computer. He called me on Monday 3/6/2017 and told me someone was trying to get into my computer and it would take ten minutes to fix it. He told me the defender was not working and he would have to refund me my money.
He told me he would credit my card. When he finished working on my computer I could not
get into it. He had locked the computer on me.
