Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased an advertised pack to enhance my gameplay in Mobile Strike. The pack listed a instant level 50 new commander along with many other useful items. After I purchased the product I found that I was unable to get the level 50 commander. I then emailed Mobile Strike with my problem. I received an auto response saying that I need to purchase a pack that first activated the new commander before I could increase his level to 50. I then asked for a refund or a credit due to the lack of information that the advertising did not include. Again I received a response that seems like a auto reply ignoring my concerns and repeating that I need to purchase another pack. It seems to be impossible to get a actual person to look into this and all that matters is the generation of more income for the developers of this game. They bait you with at best a vague and enticing ad then switch to another ad that you need to use the special one you just purchased. And the only reply is an auto response, not actual person.
