I have received several faxed refill requests for our patients from this pharmacy. They try to make it look legitimate by asking for diabetic testing supplies. You have to look very closely at the bottom of the fax to see that they also slip in a request for topical creams and/or ointments. I have called these patients and they did not request these medications.
