It is my pleasure to inform you that you have been selected to become the Administrative Assistant for the office of the COO in our Downtown TN-Memphis
Satellite office. Your experience and qualifications match our key criteria for choosing an Administrative Assistant and we believe that interviews do not guarantee success on the job. You will however undergo a 90-day probationary period which will serve as an evaluation period and also help determine a fit between yourself and LYNX Consulting Group.
Our satellite office will formally open on May 08, 2017 when it must have been fully furnished. The COO and 5 other delegates will arrive in the States on May 06, 2017 when you are expected to meet with the team.

Medical, dental, visual insurance, and bonuses at the end of each fiscal year.
Basic salary $2,000 bi-weekly / $4,000 monthly
2-Week vacation time and pay
Working hours: 9am – 5pm; Monday – Friday
Your job will commence before the official launch of the satellite office, which means you will be required to work in the next three weeks and help as necessary in order to make our transitioning to the States easier. Your tasks for the 3-week period will include purchases of office supplies and furniture, hotel reservation, and car rental for the delegates attending the opening of the office.
Detailed information on how to complete the tasks will be provided and payment in form of a check and company card will be provided to you to cover all expenses and your salary for the first three weeks.
