I ordered a AirPod case from them and they say on their website that it will ship in 1-3 days of when the order is placed and then will take 7-15 business days to ship. You have the option to pick free shipping or expedited shipping for 7.99 I believe. You can then track your order with arrive and they immediately send you a confirmation email. There is is customer support phone number just an email address they say to send any problems to that email and I have sent multiple emails but never hear a word back. Order stays as order confirmed and never moves from there. Also there is no estimated time of delivery after you purchase.
