Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an ad on Instagram for a 50% off cat bed on lunicrate.com. After ordering said item, I received a thank you email from lunicrate, followed shortly by an order confirmation number. I was charged to my bank account once for $39.99 (which was the correct price), then received a separate charge for $0.80 (I don’t know why). After about 3 weeks, I had still not received a shipping confirmation for my item. Upon checking their refund policy, I saw that I only had 30 days from purchase to refund my item, so I sent an e-mail to the address they had listed on their website informing them that I would like a refund before the 30 days expired since my item had not yet shipped. After a couple of days, I still had no response from them. So I sent the same e-mail in response to the original thank you and order confirmations I had received from them. After a couple more days of no response, I called the phone number they had listed on their website. It turned out to be a number for a tele-survey line. I began doing some more digging on lunicrate and was not able to find any further information or reviews on their business/products. They have since removed the address they and phone number they had listed on their website and added a bunch of additional content like "customer reviews" (which did not previously exist anywhere) to make it look more legitimate. Both the "original" and sale price for the item has also since changed. The 30 days since my original transaction has expired, and I still have not received a response to my e-mails, shipping confirmation, or a refund.
