I was contacted via facebook to for a trial of the product. The system did not state anywhere it was a subscription or trial or that any charges would be made after the initial trial order. After contacting the company when my account was hit twice for 2 seperate amounts they refused to refund my charges, even though I had not received any product. It was not until after I contacted the company via email that they stated that during checkout of the trial there was a disclaimer that stated it was a subscription (which there was not, I looked over several times before entering my information for the payment). This company is refusing to return my funds stating they have a "NO REFUNDS POLICY".

order on line skin trail size product, with a cost of about $10.00 for shipping. 2 weeks later noted a charge for more product that I did not receive as far as I knew , I did not order. Call this company was told no refunds and I told them that I did not get the product and still no refunds. I was charge $89.95 after going around I was told that I would get only 1/2 the money back and when I ask and then demanded to speak to some one high up was told no and I was lucky to get some money back, that THIS WAS ALL IN THE AGREEEMENT. Which I did not remember and only the product was in the box. Nothing else. Even after telling them that I would report them they did not make any offer to return all the money they took, as far as I am concern stole! They should be shut down.
