Company offers trial of two products for shipping cost only, approximately $5.00. Advertisement does not say it will charge full price if not returned within a specified time frame that is noticeable. That must be mentioned in small print. Full price is $98.71 for face cream and $89.77 for the eye cream. You are charged full amount. They then ship the skin care product and eye cream the next month. Again charged $98.71 for the face cream and $89.77. I returned the second shipment unopened. Contacted customer service and told they could not reimburse any amount. I offered to ship back the original, almost unused, product. I am now out almost $400.00 for something I thought I was just getting a trial sample of.

Customer service basically said they would not help me.
