Type of a scam Online Purchase

We went to the website looking to purchase a bike. We noticed the very big discounts of the Schwinn bikes, of course suspicious I did some research online finding out the phone/address is being used to create fraud websites. I wanted to report this website in hopes of getting it shut down so that no one gets taken by their tactics. We did plan on purchasing the bike for $99.99 but started to fill out shipping information in cart, but did not submit/give them any of our information or payment, thankfully.
