Type of a scam Online Purchase

Regarding promotional offer from LucidEssential on ***  feed. Ordered essential oil kit (x2) and a locket. Received email confirmation (March 19) stating I would be notified when the order (#37450) ships. 2 charges (7.97 + 11.97) were taken from my bank(03/20/2019 XX9684 CHK PURCH SIG LUCIDESSENTIAL.C 19493101126 CA 52233875 788529 -$7.97 03/20/2019 XX9684 CHK PURCH SIG LUCIDESSENTIAL.C 19493101126 CA 52422023 328088 -$11.47) Tracked package (May 2) states not shipped. Sent email to [email protected] (May2). Sent 2nd email (May 4) requesting refund. Still no answer even after stating I would open a complaint with BBB. Link thru email took me to NatureJungle website. Research into these 2 companies show numerous reviews stating (paid and never received, will not answer inquiries). Reported to scam tracker on ScamPulse.com (May 4) Approved (May 6) by ScamPulse.com and email confirmation "based on the information you provided, you may wish to consider writing a Customer Review or filing a formal complaint with BBB". Due to confusion of actual location of this company (PA, CA, Australia, etc) and due to confusion on actual name of company LucidEssential/NatureJungle it definitely looks like a scam. The company still has not answered as to why the items were never shipped nor have they answered or submitted a refund. They have just taken my money. To this day (June 18) I have not received any response to any attempt to communicate with this company(ies). Today I called the number provided on bank extraction (19493101126 CA) went straight to VM and states sorry mailbox is full. When I searched ScamPulse.com by phone number this came up.

Email link from LucidEssential took me to NatureJungle website. On the bottom of page if you hover over PCI it says "*** is certified level 1 PCI DSS compliant". These companies are the same.
