I bought 4 bikinis, only 3 arrived 5 months later, and the last one arrived in a different shipment 1 month after that. The quality was super cheap. I ordered medium for all but when i put them next to each other, none of them were the same size while they were all tagged medium. They do not even mention a return policy weither it’s that they do not return any items or that they do. They keep staling my refund and say that they are waiting for their boss to accept or not the retune. Lost 150$… very pissed.

I ordered a one piece in a size small and they sent me a size medium, which was too big for me. At first I thought I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, but after checking my order realized it was their fault not mine. I began emailing the support team to fix it and emails were very vague stating they would send a new one. It took months of me emailing back and eventually getting pretty stern and more or less yelling in an email before they finally sent a new one. It arrived and AGAIN, the wrong size. Now I’m in the process of either getting a refund or seeing if they ever will send a size small. I LOVE the suit, it’s good quality and exactly what I ordered just the wrong size. And yes, it did come from China, not Michigan.

I ordered a bikini and took over 30 days to delivered, It came after my vacation. looks like it came from china. The Bikini was terrible, the quality, not even a pad, totally transparent. I contact them immediately for refund and they require a picture of the bikini. I did took the picture, send it and they reply saying they could not refund it because there was no damage. OMG! Don’t buy from them, what shows on the pictures is not what you are going to receive and they won’t accept returns. Terrible business! Feel exasperated as someone took money from my own wallet.

I ordered a bathing suit and paid via PayPal. It has been over two months and I have not received it. They are responding vaguely to emails. Now I’m angry and believe this was a scam.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased 8 swimsuits from this website. Took over 2 months to arrive. Packaging says China on it. Emailed their support to ask how to return 5 of the suits for refund as their website does not state any return information. Initially they ask if I can exchange for a different size because it would be cheaper than simply sending back to Israel for a refund. I say no, I want a refund. They ask if I can pick a different style suit instead. Again I say no, I want a refund. They ask that I send photos of myself in the suits so that they can determine if in fact it doesn’t fit- which is disgusting. I send photos of the suits laying on the floor. They decide I cannot return the suits because they are not defective. What a scam

I placed an order with Lucid Mode over a month ago and they charged me immediately for the products, but I have yet to receive anything or get any updates on the progress of my order. I have contacted the company numerous times and have not gotten any response. After doing some investigations, I found that many other people are having the same issues with not receiving their orders after many months! Despite having been charged right away.

Exactly the same thing happed to me! I advise anyone who is thinking about buying to absolutely NOT buy.
