Type of a scam Government Grant

This number keeps calling me stating I’m to receive at government grant of $14,000. They ask personal information and odd questions and then told me to go buy a apple card from Walgreens and but $400 on it. I didn’t buy the apple card and never gave any of my bank info but a day or so after the call my bank card number was stolen and being used for multiple charges in other countries.
