Type of a scam Online Purchase

After seeing a Facebook advertisement for Chacos sandals at 50% off, I ordered a pair of these shoes. The website looked identical to the actual Chacos website. Once I had placed the order I checked my credit card statement and the funds had been withdrawn from a company called "LoverCloth" and the shipment tracking I received a few days later showed that the shoes were coming from China. Over two months later I still have not received the shoes. The company responds via email only and says they already delivered them to me and they provide an incorrect name and address from a person living in Indianapolis, Indiana. But I live in Texas. So I filed a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. They were flagged as fraud but still continue to hound me for money since they say they delivered the shoes.
