I saw an ad on Facebook for lootwish that had merchandise I was interested in. They popped up on my feed again and had a huge sale. I ordered something from them in Nov 2018 and received a confirmation email. There is no phone number on the website or on the email. I emailed them a month later requesting a tracking number for my shipment and they said they were behind due to the sale. A week later I emailed them with no response. It’s been 2 months and I’ve contacted them 3 times with no response. I recently read on their Facebook comments that they have done this to quite a few people.

Company just collects payment online and sends an email stating because of the holidays orders will be delayed and a tracking code will be released by the end of the week, that was in November, today being January 25th. Sent five emails where they only responded once I used another email. which was sent the same message.
