Online ad through social media advertising aFREE Yeti brand cup just pay shipping fee. Purchase was made in Nov 2017. I had not received my product by Jan 2018 so I sent a reply email from my initial order confirmation. Within 24 hours they replied saying a ticket was created. Few weeks later I wrote back asking for an update but have not got a response.
