I had ordered hair from the suggested website because they have an Instagram page promoting their product, I seen they were having a sale so I decided to place an order for a wig. A month later I had received no updates on the status of my order. Another month passed and I have constantly been emailing and calling them trying to get in contact with anyone to either issue me a refund or give me my wig. A third month rolled around which is now March and I still have no wig, no refund, or a response from anyone within the company regarding a next step. I am going to file a court case against them to get my money back if action isn’t taken now.
