Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This Outlet was selling a product 50% cheaper than a known site. I tried to place order and the transaction failed however I had created an account and received an email from [email protected] with confirmation showing my password information.

At that point I reached out to the actual vendor site and they confirmed that outlet site is not authorized and that they have court cases pending in international system.

I replied to the email and got a delivery failure and they have no customer contact info on the site. According to the URL information, this company is located in Alaska:
