I ordered a product on April 05, 2020, the website shows a "shipping label" was created on April 07, 2020, but the item was never mailed to me. I sent 4 emails wanting to know where the item was and called the customer service number 9 times. No answer. Apparently many people have had an issue with this company charging individuals’ accounts but never fulfilling the order, there is no way to contact the seller.
