I came across their website on facebook. They are selling solar mobile wireless chargers. Bought one and paid thru paypal since they have good reviews and comments. Days passed No updates about my order. I emailed them using a different email add about processing and shipping details (them not knowing that I ordered already) and they responded fast. I emailed again with the same email add and this time asking about my order and they never replied back. They even blocked me on facebook so that I could not message them or put any comments on their posts. They just took my money and never intending of sending what I ordered. I paid $74.66 thru paypal. The name of the guy who replied to my inquiry email was Alex ***.

Lit Mobile advertised a solar powered charging station that appeared to be an amazing device on social media. I love new technology, so I bit and purchased a 2-pack for $120. That was on January 22nd, 2019. Initially, I received an email confirmation of my purchase and a note saying I will receive an email when it ships. Since then, I have called and emailed numerous times with zero response. I even tried cancelling my order, but since I can’t get a hold of anyone, cancelling is not an option. I, now, have to file a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back. I am not alone apparently. Upon looking this company up on BBB, many others are in the same spot… Given how many people have purchased something from them, but have yet to receive their product and/or any sort of response qualifies this as a scam in my book. I just want my money back!

I had made a purchase of one of there Battery packs on 1/16/19 I had waited an entire week just to get a notification it was processed no avail I have contacted them on multiple occasions no response untill they said they refunded me but thats was a lie and now I’m forced to report them to the ScamPulse.com and ***
