Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

These people called me. I don’t know how they got my number. Wanting to give me help with my student loan as for giving $800 first making a payment schedule and after that was to be paid, $10 a month. In return the student loan would gradually drop down in money.

!) Schedule was made for monthly payments. (They were able to change my user name and password to the FedLoan site)

2) Must send proof of income before successfully enrolling and able to make monthly payments

3) Signed PDF document which clearly states after signature,( that you can cancel within 15 days of payment before it is processed.)

4) You give your checking account number and routing number or your debit card number (ALL cancelled and changed for me)

I tried to send my proof of income: via fax number. The fax number was a chat line number which was received thru email specifically

sent from the Processing department. Then the Direct Line number was unreachable. Finally got through to someone named John.

After checking with the Better Business Bureau and finding the customers had the same problem, I cancelled with him.

Sent email to the representative and dropped letter in the mail the same day.

I never sent any proof of income and emailed the processing dept that I had cancelled.

After this my Father started receiving calls as to my best time to be contacted from the PG&E Energy Dept. I never received a call

from them at all. I called PG&E Dept 2x. They told me this was a SCAM!

A month later received a call from Supervisor saying he had just received my letter…

There may be a REAL Liberty Student Loan Forgiveness Company but I told him No Thank You!

Now I receive calls all during the week calls from random numbers with no message attached.

Father had receive hang up calls for awhile.

Now I hear they want to sue me.
