Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased 2 dewalt 20v flex batteries a week ago and havent recieved a tracking # however I have a online receipt! I have tried calling the business number and its no longer in service! I’ve emailed both listed email addresses and havent gotten nothing but excuses! Ive been told they will email me the tracking # and ive asked for an updated contact number and haven’t gotten another response! DoNT do business with these crooks!!!
