Type of a scam Tax Collection

I received a threatening phone message stating that myself or my legal representative should call this legal serv. Dept. And was given a case number and was told i was officially notified. I Googled this Legal Serv. Dept. only to see that others had posted the same scam word for word the only difference was the name and phone info as well as a different case number. They said do not call the number back as it is a scam trying to obtain personal information and your signature.
