Man named Wally said he was calling from, Legal Department of Recovery Services, on behalf of Check into Cash Loan company. Wally said a balance was due and I needed to set up payment arrangements immediately. I informed him arrangements have all ready been made and he needed to call both other companies. Wally said don’t worry, it will be corrected & updated. When I kept asking for his direct ph# he avoided my question and there was no reason to call company. I told him that his company sounds fishy and I need his #, he told me to get his # from my caller i.d. & laughed! He found it funny that I thought his company sounded fishy, and hung up!
