Type of a scam Online Purchase

On April 6, 2020, I made an online purchase of specialty baking flours from www.letablierbleu.com. My debit card was charged and I promptly received an order confirmation email saying I would receive another email when my order had shipped. When a week passed without any shipping notifications, I emailed Le Tablier Bleu for a status update on April 16, 2020. The company did not respond. I thought this was strange, so I Googled reviews of the company and learned that Le Tablier Bleu is apparently a scam website. Other customers report having the same experience I did — the website looks legitimate upon first glance, money is taken, and the items are never delivered and customer service inquiries go unanswered. Customers also report that the company’s phone number is out of service and that its physical address is fake. It seems like a deliberate operation to collect credit card information.
