Type of a scam Debt Collections

Leaves messages stating legal compliant has been filed . Last message stated that since we didnt return previous calls our rights had been waived and legal action would be taken with our county to garnish wages and assets. They do not leave name just phone number. I did call back once and asked for the name of their collection agency was told they were not a collection agency but a legal firm. However when i called the caller only answered phone by saying hello and they did not give me the name of their firm. One message stated LBR.
