Type of a scam Phishing

I keep receiving an email from a Rachel Roberts, "Attorney Marketing Manager" at www.lawpop.com (now currently owned by www.lawfirmsites.com), claiming that I asked her to reach out to me regarding my or my company’s website. She also makes false claims throughout the email that we’ve talked on more than one occasion. I have never spoken with Rachel Roberts, either by phone or email, and definitely have no interest in any website she may have created for me. There is no "opt out" option at the end of the email to stop receiving these ridiculous emails.
