"Risk free trial" turned into seeing 150$ charged on my credit card. According to the rude people over the phone it is non refundable. What lash serum is worth 150$? It also automatically signed me up for their monthly subscription where they planned to charge my card 80$ every month. Even by the phone call I could immediately tell what a fraudulent and unprofessional "business" this was. I did not try the product but even after reading some reviews some reported that their eyes became swollen after using it. Scam.

Not only was I dissatisfied with the product, but I had no idea I was going to receive any further shipments, nor did I know how much I was going to be charged for my "account" and future products. Everything about their advertising leads the consumer to believe they are receiving a trial offer at a discounted price with no future purchase necessary. The emails they send to inform you that another shipment has been sent don’t contain any information on how to contact the company. When I contacted them (with the help of my credit card company), they were patronizingly uncooperative and unwilling to reverse the charges. After an extremely heated discussion with them, they said they would reverse one $89.95 charge if I sent the product back, but that the "account" charge of $149.95 was considered valid. I am currently disputing this charge through my credit card company because I did not authorize it.

I paid $7.95 for the shipping of the "FREE" trial. I received the little tube, but I was going on vac out of state so never used it. A month later, I’m back, I look at my CC statement. They have charged me $149. I called today, first the girl on phone said that since there was no activity on my account, they have cancelled it. I’m like what? What account? So she says it’s a non-refundable amount. Then she says they’ll refund only $50, then only $90, then only $110. I kept saying every time that I didn’t hear $149. I finally say I haven’t even tried the trial, never mind to be charged $149 for something I haven’t received or tried yet. She says if I return it they’ll refund me the money. I say fine, but send me a shipping label, because I’ll ship you back the trial for which I paid $7.95 so you should provide a return label. She says I have received the trial, that is the product and that’s what they are charging me $149 for. I’m like ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I paid $7.95 for a trial, I haven’t received any FULL SIZE product and you are charging me $149 for a trial for which I have paid already and haven’t even had the chance to try? I asked her to send me a confirmation email with agreement that after receiving back their product, they will refund me my money. I also said I was going to call my CC, ScamPulse.com and the Attorney General. She started threatening me. I said I was hoping that they were recording the conversation because I would ask the AG to request it as evidence of what liars they were. When I called I heard 4 times that the estimated wait time was 2 min. I waited 8 min until I got to speak to a human. All other inconsistencies, and also at the end putting me on another 10 min hold to speak to a supervisor only to come back to tell me that the supervisor told her to tell me all the things she just told me. I got so mad, so I hung up. Then she calls me back, I say why do you disturb me with the same bullish? She starts repeating everything all over again. I simply hung up again.

I’ve never been experienced with the "Company" like this. They send the product when you are not reorder it. The first product is advertised as "free", and they immediately charge you. Than they send the second one without the return slip and charge you again. When I’ve asked them how to return the product and receive the money back, they said they can not do it.  This is fraud. This company is a scam!! They trick you by trying free trial and pay shipping with your credit card. Then they charged me $89.95 then they charges another $149.00 the following month. I tried to call many times, finally got a person that hardly speak English. they told me I’m locked in for the year. This company should be shut down! You can find more very negative reviews/complanes on the web site www.lashrenew.com

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are fraudsters and thieves! They charge $149.95 for a tube of some kind of oil that does nothing. They make it look like it’s only $7.95 but then charge your credit card $149.95. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! They make it very difficult to understand what the "fine print" says. That’s where they get you.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

After 14 days they will charge your credit card for $149.95. Their customer service will not issue you a full refund. They will also not transfer you to a supervisor or manager. They will simply hang up. This is a scam company. Stay away!!!!!!

Ordered a "Try it before you Buy it" trial of their product for shipping charge only of $7.95 on 4/25/16. They waited until 5/25/16 to generate a packing slip and then sometime after that mailed the trial lash product to me which I received on 5/31/16. In the interim, they charged my Citibank credit card $149.95 on May 10, 2016 and then charged again in the amount of $89.95 on 5/25/16 (same date they generated the packing slip). I noticed my CC balance was high around the third week of May so checked on it and found the 2 erroneous charges. I called multiple times and held for lengthy periods of time to no avail. I left messages with no return calls. Finally I got hold of a male on 5/27/16 (prior to receiving the trial product) and he "cancelled" my account. I have an email verifying this (same date). They have not refunded my money as requested. I am out $247.85 thus far. There are pending disputes with Citibank who states Lash Renew says I never cancelled. I have sent confirming documents to Citibank to show otherwise.

Ordered a sample and it was stated to just pay shipping of 7.95 which I did not 7/2/16 then the took 149.95 out of my account on 7/17/16 unauthorized!!! Then they shipped one item to me and charged me another 89.95. When i stated I called a couple weeks ago because the product burned the skin around my eyes to cancel it..Joy stated that call was never documented! What a terrible company!!! She stated the best she could do was take 30.00 off the 89.95 and that was it! I have a call out to my credit card co. Asking them to dispute my charges!

They send you a trial product for shipping fees for you to try for 2 weeks. They don’t tell you about sending it back within 14 days to cancel or you start receiving their product automatically. And they don’t tell you they are going to start charging your credit card an astronomical amount of $149.95 – outrageous. Then, you cannot get up with anyone in customer service. SCAM.

I ordered their product with the promise that I would only be charged $7.35 for shipping and handling as a 30 day "free" trial. What they don’t mention is that once you have received their product you will be charged $149.00 and automatically charged this price every 30 days. I found this out only after doing a search on their product. I immediately called to cancel my order (I had not even received their product yet!) And was met with pure hostility and anger. Not only was I not allowed to cancel my order or send back their product unopened for a full refund, they wouldn’t even consider cancelling my account. The only option they gave me was to pay $39.95 to cancel my account, without having to send their product back. Now I wonder if they will even cancel my account or just charge me anyway since they have my card information. I feel sick knowing that I could fall for something so stupid.

When I called to cancel a recurring order the personnel at lash renewed stated that I would have to return their product at my charge… And I explained to him that on the internet it said it was a free trial. Also said if I didn’t return the product I would be charged 150 dollars. The material or product they send out are not labeled and the product feels to be plain oil. But they claim the product will make your lashes longer, I just told them I will report them to the Bbb. Thank you

They tell you that you can get a free bottle to try but that’s not the truth if u don’t call in 10 days to cancel they will charge you 150$. If u do call to cancel it says all u have to do is call within the time frame and cancel no hassles or further commitments that also a lie. They just keep offering u it for a lesser fee or want u to return it. It never stated that in the terms I went over them twice.

They are not even a real company. there is no corporate office- their reported address is a UPS location. I bought a "free trial." i called them to cancel the second i got my package (a small sample of makeup) because i did not want it. they told me that i could not cancel- after 10 minutes of arguing with the woman, she said i could keep the trial for 40$ if i didnt want to pay the automatic charge of 129$ after my trial was over. after all of that, i requested to be transferred to the corporate office. Cyelle said that there was a corporate meeting so nobody was around. i asked to be transferred anyway, and i would wait on hold. she talked over me and said that i could just return the free trial i got and pay the shipping, and that once the "corporate office" received my return, they would cancel my autopay. 1) I do not believe they have a corporate office because the address given is a UPS location 2) They reuse and resell the same jars to different customers which is absolutely not sanitary. 3) They are not conducting a truthful business and many people have written online about their experience.

Found advertisement on Facebook for LashRenew trial offer only pay shipping and handling of $7.95. Ordered the Product on May 14 and was billed and shipped on May 16. Did not receive the product until May 20 with no information regarding the free trial or how to return product. Did not even open the product. My account was billed for $149.95 (with recurring fee) within 11 days of receiving product. Called to dispute and return the product, told not able to but were willing to continue to send me the product at a lower rate of $29.95 and give me partial credit of $149.95 should I decide to continue with the product. Needless to say, I was not able to get it removed from my account and left with a product that I did not even use.

Went back to facebook to look for the advertisement but has since been remove, but did find that the are scamming people by use of another business (Fine Feather Cosmetics) in the UK with the product called Lashrenew. Their product costs $22.58 US Dollars. The company made a statement on Facebook that reads as follows:

It has come to our attention that another company with a product called Lash Renew are using our name to try and scam people. We are not offering a free trial and we only sell Lash Serum Plus on www.finefeather.net please do not get us confused with this company and do not order this free trial

I purchased a product from Lashrenew on a 14 day trial offer. The trial states that you only have to pay $7.95 for shipping and handling (Try before you buy offer). You have to cancel the product within 14 day trial offer or you will be charged $149.95. I received the product and decided to return it because I don’t want to be charged that much for a product, but also the fine print states that the product has to be returned unused. I didn’t want to take that chance of any misunderstanding, so I attempted to call them on a Saturday at 5:32pm CST to cancel the auto renew of the product and return it. I received a voicemail that states "Thank you for calling Lashrenew, we are so sorry we missed your call. You called us outside of our normal business hours" which they go on to explain that business hours are 8am-8pm EST, they don’t mention days. Then it states that you can send them an email to [email protected] and someone will get back to you. Well, I received and auto reply stating if I had any questions or concerns that I needed to call the number(same number)844-824-4384, and that no returns or refunds can be issued without speaking to a specialist. I believe this is a huge scam to get people’s money of course with this whole circle game of call us, than no one answers, email us and you get an auto reply. Be careful with this product/company.
