I ordered a dress for $164 after a few weeks I checked status of the order. They said it would arrive in 30 days which was a week before my pageant. I still had to get the dress altered. They said they put the order on suspend because they sent an email of asking me how to proceed. There was no email. They replied a few days later saying they would only refund 25 dollars of the amount. I asked why and they said it was past the window. The dress was never shipped even a month later. When I checked the status of the situation they said it was canceled. No refund No dress. They gave me invalid phone number and address.

I bought a dress for $166.48 for a special event. I thought I was getting a burgundy dress, which is what I ordered, but when I received the dress it was red. I contacted them through their website because they don’t have a separate email address. After going back and forth for several days in emailing I had to send them a picture of the dress for them to make a decision as to whether or not I should return the dress because without the picture they would not entertain my request for a return. Although their return policy clearly indicates that we can return the item if not satisfied…they will insist that they sent you the correct item ordered in order to accept your return.

Unfortunately, they didn’t want to accept the return because they claimed they did not err on the color. This happened after I had originally told them that the color chart for the dress I wanted to purchase was not working so I couldn’t see it in burgundy. They suggested I view another dress in burgundy and told me I was going to receive my dress in that same color, but to give allowances for the variation in the color because computer monitors don’t always show the exact color. But when I received the dress I it was a far cry from burgundy. Furthermore, the dress was cheaply made, certainly not worth $166.00.

Stay as far away as possible from these crooks!!!
