I was on shapr app and matched with a man named kutina Crawford who was offering loans for start ups. we exchanged information and he sent me terms of the loan and I sent him money through a account number that he gave me in order to receive loan. he didn’t sent me the money as he promised and didn’t respond for days then emails me about a new loan that was only available that day so I agreed in need of the money and he never responded. so I am $1460 down the drain and demand a refund he refuses saying that there are no refunds when I never received the money in the first place and then he asked for more money in order to receive the loan. I deny the loan and ask for a refund and he sent me a fake parcel service information saying that there was money being mailed to me with a fake number I can call as well as an email. then the parcel service asks me for $900 to get my money back. I call the parcel service and the man on the phone was kutina but with a different phon number and when I tried confronting him he cussed me out on the phone of the "parcel service".
