Type of a scam Online Purchase

first emails you about what they do and how long they’ve been doing it with and tells you what you will receive like toys,blanket, ect, 100% money back guarantee, but will only except moneygram or western union and have a free shipping coupon so you won’t have to pay for shipping. so you pay for the cost of the pup, then you get a suspicious email from challenge pet relocator about how you need pet insurance and must be paid via western union that way the pet will have it and be flown safely without the risk of anything happening to it just in case and that you will receive a full refund that will come to you along with the pet, so you pay that, but it gets delayed for the next day to be flown out. third, you get another suspious email saying that you did not provide a permit saying you can receive/send pets and livestock ect from Colorado pets and animal control and the pet is held in colorado and you either email a scanned photo of you permit or purchase one from them via western union to the "head quarters" in cameroon (not United states) and will receive a full refund that will also come with the other refund and you pet and you only have a certain amount of time before it get sent to quarantine and you will be fined. so you also pay for that. so after that they say you’ve taken too much time that it will be flown later on that night close to midnight and won’t receive the pup till maybe 4am. now the permit part is being sent to you by email and txt.

so since everything looked so suspicious I check online and everywhere says it was a scam and fraud, so atleast I was able to stop the permit payment.

I contacted that permit person saying that I have cancelled the payment. right when I did that they said that he was already getting ready to be flown out soon and that all I had to do was wait, mind you they told me at 8pm, but supposedly the pup was to be flown at 1245am the next day. and threatened me saying that I am abandoning the pup and I will be fined and it is against the law for abandonment, saying they are Christians and believe in the ministry of pet and livestock rules and regulations. they emailed me the ticket information but refuses to tell me which plane the pup will be taking and refuses to tell me which airport he will be at. the ticket says worldCARpettransport….i check online and the legit website says worldCAREpettransport…if you are a legit place why would you have your business name misspelled.

so now they txt me saying that the pup will now be quarantined and I will receive a call from the ministry and will be fined.
