Type of a scam Employment

I was contacted by a "Steve" through text message claiming he was with Kohler. After a few texts, I was given a text interview with a Joseph M. in google hangouts. During the interview, I was asked what my bank was. I was offered an entry level position the following day, and when I questioned Joseph M. about the position, he was unable to answer my questions, relying blanket statements. His command of the english language also deteriorated. After I declined the position, he said "Thanks for wasting my time."
