I was on Facebook and I saw this ad for this company. I ordered a coat on January 18 2020 from this website. I didn’t hear anything for a month. I emailed them checking the status. She said next week they would ship my order. She did not. I contacted them on March 16 again. They contacted me back the same day asking for another chance. I asked on March 19 for a refund. On March 20 they said I cannot cancel unless within 24 hours. I said that shouldn’t matter because I have never received my package.
