The name on the receipt/invoice is different from the shop name that they are using to advertise and on the website as well as business listing. On my receipt it says Locksmith 24-7 Services, no address, no website on the invoice. They have a Yelp account where I am not the only one who had a bad experience with them. Turns out that they are using different names and numbers as told by the reviewers.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I searched for lock smith in Kirkland and this website showed up. I called to change my front door key. When I called they said they charge $19 service and $29 to change the key. The guy who showed up gave me &188 quote for a simple lock change and he said if I pay cash this lower. I paid $100 cash and when he changed the lock, he only game me one key. I said it should come with two keys. He said no. I felt unsafe since I realized that there is no company car and proper license plate. When I called them to come back to change my old lock since I didn’t feel safe with only one key. the sales person blocked my phone. Finally, I got a hold of the guy/technician and told him he can keep the money but I want him to change it back to my old lock. The invoice had no address and no name and they charged me $100 for a 5 min job.
