Type of a scam Online Purchase

There is a Facebook advertisement for Outdoor Play equipment at 60% off and free shipping. Some of the Outdoor playscapes are for sale at 131.00. I placed an order on July 16th, 2018 and so far it wasn’t processed. My credit card was hit for 161.19 the next day for what my credit union said were for shoes. The entity was from China. The charge had no contact phone number. just listed as FHT*ETMCY SHENZHEN SH CN. I then tried to email the kidsplaymall people ([email protected]) since they have no other method to contact them or an address where they are located. I tried twice and received no response. I can still log in to the kidsplaymall website and see my account and order are in I then cancelled my credit card and filed a fraud report with them. I see from Facebook that the website is still active and tried to send a scam review to Facebook but Facebook has not removed this ad from the website. I see that some people have posted some negative reviews and there are also some positive reviews which I wonder if they are legitimate. I’m not sure if the kidsplaymall site is connected with the unauthorized charge that I received for 161.19 but it is highly coincidental.
