The site claims to provide quality baby supplies at a reasonable price. I ordered a car seat for my child and according to their sight it takes a couple days to process an order and then a couple days to ship,so an estimated 7-10 days. Over two weeks later I emailed them through their website requesting information regarding my order or a refund if they were not able to provide the item. I proceeded to contact them by the phone number provided on the site, however I was notified by the operator that the number had been changed and was unknoan at this time. After receiving no response from my initial contact I proceeded to contact Paypal and see if there was any way we could proceed where I might actually see my money again.
