Type of a scam Online Purchase

Found this site online for some sneakers for a birthday gift for my brother. Read and looked over the site it seem pretty legit. Read the Privacy rules that were located on the site etc. Made a purchase for 2 pair of sneakers. The first red flag came after I received an email from team sale , advising that one of the items I purchased was out of stock and would I like to replace the product with another product in-stock, I replied no just refund the money for the out of stock product, no other communication came from this retailer. 2nd red flag came after my purchasing status remained as "processing" since March 23rd when the funds were taking out of my acct for the initial purchase. I have sent countless emails to this retailer requesting a status to my online order, no communication. The FAQ on the website advising there could be delays on deliveries, tracking information, etc. due to high volume sales during the holidays or delays in receiving the items purchased. but do not fear you will receive your merchandise within 10 days. It is now the 13th day I sent another email requesting my full money back for all items. Again no responds. It appears I am out of $136.00. DO NOT make any purchases from kickstoreswzw.com. If you decide to purchase anything from this site after reading this warning. You are on your own.
