Type of a scam Investment

I am an inventor that started a business profile on GUST to seek financial support and investment from angel investors. I was approached by a company through the website GUST called KFMS Thailand and an individual calling himself Andre Romtiti. I was excited to receive an offer in writing and signed by a board of directors for 10 million USD, but became worried when they insisted I pay up front for an investment security bond allowing them to process the transaction. I provided passport information, banking information, and personal contact details to KFMS Thailand. When i requested them to provide the same information they flat our refused, instead trying to send strange and unofficial documents that appeared to be made up. I ultimately lost 2 month of my time, and over $3700.00 in legal fees were wasted on my end trying to pursue the investment. I am very concerned that KFMS Thailand and Andre Romiti, or one of his other fake personas as a board director will continue trying to rip of Canadian companies if nothing is done. I am happy to provide a full dialog of emails and copies of all the documents I was sent if needed. the main goal of the scam is to trick entrepreneurs into thinking they have found a source of funding, and then require you pay an up front cost to continue. BEWARE

The same happened to me. I’m an inventor based in Switzerland and I was so happy to find an investor for my project in the US. I was completely convinced that all information I had about KFMS Thailand were real. Their approach, profiles on FB and Linkedin, documents, bank wire copies were made very professionally. Even the wire copy of the investment capital looked real. When I finally got too sceptic, I asked to refund the pre paid bond fee. Since then (Feb10, 2020) I didn’t hear again from Andre Romiti and his friends.
Does anybody have an advise on how I can proceed to investigate against them? FBI, FRS, Interpol etc.?
