I ordered one bottle of product from them for $5.00. What I received was 6 bottles and several charges to my Capital One credit card for a total amount of $235.67. I called company and they said it I returned within 30 days unopened bottles my account would be credited. I did this immediately. However, my Capital One credit card was first reversed after I sent them documentation BUT then the charges were put back on card. I sent them the information a second time. After looking at the internet, I see many, many complaints against Premium Keto Store and/or a variation of the name at the same telephone number. This clearly is a scam. As a senior, I clearly was taken advantage of and now just want these charges permanently removed from my Capital One credit card. Maybe someone can do a class action suit against Premium Keto Store.

This website is very misleading! As soon as you push the order now button there’s no turning back or checking on order amount before placing order. They push the free trial & the next thing you know you’re getting 5 bottles for $200!! The free part only is valid for buying 5 bottles at a time. They answered 1 email that I sent right away when I saw charges & wanted to cancel order saying that the order was already being processed & couldn’t be cancelled. That was within an hour of the order. Seemed like it was a canned response. They said they "upgraded my account status so that I would still be covered even if I returned the bottles completely empty. This is typically reserved for our collaborators and partners." It then took me 3 weeks to get the pills & I thought I may as well try them. Used 1 bottle & am now trying to get a hold of anyone at the company as they didn’t do anything for me losing weight or inches. They don’t answer e-mails & of course don’t have a phone number listed anywhere. What a scam!!

I purchased a buy three, get two free (5 total) deal of Keto BHB Real.

The ad said I would be paying $39.99 total for the bottles. The email they sent me for the purchase said I would be charged $39.99.

My card said I was charged $205.

When I wrote them to ask why, they told me the price would go down with mail in rebates (?). I looked online for mail in rebates. Nothing. I waited for the packages to arrive. No mail in rebates. I wrote them again and told them I wanted my money back because there were (obviously) no mail in rebates.

They said of course…

They never gave me my money back.

I sent back all the product and am now waiting for my money back still.

Their ad popped up when I was online, I clicked on it and attempted to purchase a bottle of it for 69.00.

Then at the last minute all these additional bottles of products were added to the order and placed on my charge card.

I can not get through to them in any way. There was no receipt in the shipment to contact them about this. They did not ask for my email so I have to emailed receipt about the order. There is no phone number or contact info on the credit card statement either.

I don’t believe it was an error, I think it’s a fraudulent company. Beware. I am still trying to some how get a refund and am worried they will place additional charges on my card down the road.

Two charges when through that day. one for 80. and one for 199.00.
