Husband ordered "trial" product for $5.99 with 14-day trial period to cancel before being charged $93 full price for product. The system "added" another $89 product for the "free" trial period. Products arrived the last day of the trial period so no time to try before charged full price for both. So-called customer service person pointed out that in the very tiniest print, they do say that the trial period starts the minute you place the order, so they are within their rights to charge full price — even though there was no time to try the product before ordering. Had a very hard time even cancelling what they called a "subscription" so as not to get charged any more. They are horrible to deal with and talk in circles and will tell you that they can only see the one order, so you have to call back to deal with the other order – even thought both came together. I strongly recommend that you do NOT order their products or support this business!!

I ordered the Keto Lean "free trial" from ketoleannutrition.com, but the trial is only for 14 days after which they charge you $93.47. The problems with this I have are 1) I didn’t receive the product untilday 14. I had no time to "try" it before being charged and they say time starts from the time you place the order, not on receipt. 2) They also won’t allow me to return it for a refund because tge "trial ended." 3) The fee is hidden in their terms and they mention it no where else, not even when you speak to them on the phone untill the "trial" ends, nor do they openly state it’s a subscription. 4) The 93.47 is in addition to their shipping & handling of 4.99 BUT the terms and conditions say the 93.47 includes shipping and handling. 5) Lastly, they also tried to tack on products I had not ordered. All considered, miserable place to do business with and you can buy the same product (different brands) from know big name online retailers for a third the price. Keto lean nutrition is basically cheating for money.
