we were shipped two products from this company (pure cleanse and ketolean) but we never ordered them or signed up for their "free trial" and did not give them our credit card information or address. We linked fraudulent credit card activity (2 small charges) to their company and then they tried to charge our card again for larger amounts. We cancelled the card and they somehow got our new credit card number. Their customer service initially said they had no account or information for us in their system and the products must have come from somewhere else. After calling again they somehow had an account with ALL OUR INFO. I threatened legal action if they did not close our account and cease and desist all activity and charges.
