Internet video for keto fit one time purchase for two bottles. They charged my credit card for the two bottles plus added another product for additional 34.95. Which I did not request. They have now with out warning sent another best of this product. I attempted to call the number they give but they state they cannot find my phone number with an order. Of course not I didn’t order again. But they text on a daily basis to my phone # Only way to contact was buy chat. Once I explained my issue they said I had to make a complaint with the ScamPulse.com they would review and decide what to do. Please. This Vince guy needs to stop his scam I will talk with my credit co and attempt to stop payment and any further charges. But generally this does not stop the companies from continuing to send products and attempting charges. Than’ yo for your time in this matter. I cannot afford this item as I’m up to my ears with medical debt ( not related to this product)

Ordered 1 bottle somehow got 2 and charged. Tried to cancel 2nd order w/in 2 hours of mistake. Was told I had a membership got that cancelled. I certified return receipt request mailed back the 2 bottles unused, in their original package. Keto Fit has had the bottles since 07/07/20 1:41pm in Arizona. No refund. Got through on the # and was informed I will see my $ on Tuesday. I said I would follow up if not.

My sister was attempting to make a one time $35 purchase with my debit card.When she checked out it didnt giv a summary of the charges.After check out she was sent a receipt to her email for more than triple what I authorized on my card.She called the company within 5 minutes of the purchase and was told they would not be canceling the shipment and that I had to wait until it came to me and then pay per bottle for 6 bottles a restocking fee.This is a total scam.It never should have been shipped it should not have cost me $199 for the order and now they are taking money out of my refund to restock what they should never have shipped to me in the first place.This is from the email I received:

I was reading an article about KETO fit and it sounded great! Well I clicked this button that I thought was to bring me to a order summary so I could see exactly how much this product was going to cost for 3 bottles.. well it didn’t give me a cost it just took my money. What was supposed to be $40 for 3, it charged me $198 for 5. Well I was like "oh no oh no oh no!" I was not trying to buy these products! So I call to try and cancel them, well they don’t have a cancellation policy. So I ask for a refund and they tell me what I have to do to get my money back. So I now have to pay $25 more to restock the product. So now we’re at $223.00 well I call back and they inform me that because I put "return to sender" I’m unavailable to receive my refund. I was supposed to send it to a whole new address which would’ve cost me another $18.00. So I’m emailing this company back and forth because it’s been a week and a half now and I have yet to receive the product back in order to send it back a second time. This is such a scam! How do you NOT HAVE a cancellation policy. How do you NOT HAVE a order summary confirming what you’re about to purchase. I had to go to my bank for crying out loud just to see what the amount was because it didn’t give me a receipt or anything. The people are completely rude. I threatened to report them and they said oh we’ll give you a 35% refund but we can’t do 100% so they are completely fine with taking your money, but they do not want to give it back EVEN when you try returning the product the SAME DAY it was delivered.

I saw an ad on Facebook by Keto fit to help people lose weight and how it was all natural I am not that’s not true about their products but the cost is outrageous first the 14 day trail I was unaware that the cost was so much more after the 14 day period. For the pills before the 14 day was over $6.79 after the 14 day period it was $148.87 the shipping before the 14 day was over $9.60 after the 14 day period the shipping was $145.58 the total cost was $310.84 for a month worth of diet pills. The product did not arrive until after the 14 day trail was over how can have 14 days to find out if I enjoy the product if it does not arrive. I called Keto fit about this I was told at this point I had not even opened the pills so I could have easily returned the product but I was told that even if I send it back I would not get my money back, and the person I was talking to was trying to sell me more pills and that there’s nothing she could do. How could the shipping cost this much across Canada. A scam
