Kathleen Courtemanche befriends a person and fraudulently gains their trust. She then cries woes of financial issues, MAJOR family issues and then asks to borrow money, she then defrauds and/or swindles for $10,000-40,000 with no intention of paying monies back; basically she is a scam operator.
