Selling malarkey shingles quotes roof jobs takes money down from customer and never comes back to do job. Jeremiah d lowe did this to 3 homes in cottonwood lakes addition. We are currently going after him using a detective from Allen County police department. 8/19/19. He used our money or his parents, dad is pastor at new *** Christian Church in Warsaw, to hire Anthony * *** to defend his thieving [censored]. When you call the thief he says god bless in his message…… and that really burns me!!! Stay away Jay or Jeremiah d Lowe will rob you blind and god bless ya!!?? a real ***!!!
