I purchased Izitee-Lux’s shirts for the 4th of July on June 7th. I received them nearly 2 months later. I attempted to call and email weeks before the shirts shipped or were printed and no one responded until after the shirts shipped when it was “too late”. They are a terribly unprofessional business and they scam people of their money.

I came across this ad on Facebook for some 4th of July tshirts. They had a sale, so my family and I bought matching tshirts. They will reply to your email at the beginning about the order and any changes you would like to make. They sit behind the excuse that COVID will delay their shipping and replying to emails. After 20 days of not receiving my order, I reached out via email. They only send back an automated reply. I tried to call their phone, and no one answers. I have emailed And called them every day for a week, and no one has gotten back with me nor have we received our order. My family is now out $100 because of this scam of a website.

It has been over a month without receiving our order, so we will not receive it at all. I wish I would have looked up more on this website before buying because other people have complained of the same thing.
