Individual claimed to want to refund $249.99 on services they could no longer provide and that they are working with the ScamPulse.com to refund monies. All I needed to do was to the website to complete the refund form, I noticed he was trying to get access to my computer, I denied, he then asked be to go to a "secure site" to obtain the form. when I asked why it could not be mailed or faxed he stated for "fraud" purposes. I informed the individual that I wanted to check with ScamPulse.com and would contact him after I felt more confident in his statement. He then gave me the following number to call him and it is totally different from the number that called me 917-478-3362.
