I placed an order online for some leggings that looks like amazing quality online. When they arrived (months later!) they were awful. I followed the return instructions on their website, sent the product back along with my UPS tracking number, that they required. They received the product back at their warehouse on May 27 and it was signed for by someone named Shalesh. I have emailed them about five or six times now, and they keep giving me a run around saying they haven’t received the product back at the warehouse (though I sent them the proof they did), or just and saying that they have proof that I received *their* shipment, and they basically are just playing dumb, and refusing to refund me the $83.93 I’m due. It is now July 7. I also recently went back to look at their store website and it no longer exists.
