Type of a scam Tax Collection
A call came from a spoofed number for the IRS in Nanuet, N.Y. which shows on caller ID as U.S. Gov, 1-845-627-1487. A male voice that sounds recorded left a message telling me that an arrest warrant has been issued for me on charges of tax evasion. I should call back immediately at 202-503-9008.
