Female caller 06.02.16 to residence telephone, leaving message "…this is the last call, a lawsuit is being filed against you by IRS…please call immediately 936-333-0728…" Instead I contacted ScamPulse.com to inquire if this was scam and they confirmed IRS DOES NOT CONTACT BY PHONE, but by mail.
