Type of a scam Tax Collection

I had a call on my personal cell phone claiming they were the IRS on the voicemail. When I called the number back they said they were the IRS I then asked the name and ID number of the person and they stated Daniel Thomas ID#IRM0539 when I asked for the address of the place he hung up on me. I then called back and asked again for the address and the guy told me in a broken English accent that I needed to check with my husband, I said no I don’t have a husband what is your address and again they hung up the phone. Oh and the voice mail said call back before legal action is taken against you and the police are called.
