Type of a scam Utility
They were calling to tell me I have a past bill of $600 dollars and they had a man out in the area and if I didn’t pay it they would be out to turn off my service. They wanted me to send the $600 thru Zell. I got out my bill and explained I had no disconnect due. She said if it was an error they would refund me on Monday. This was Saturday. They contacted my boyfriend 1st and then he questioned me and I contacted them back.
